I’m a self-confessed disney addict, but I’m always reluctant to sample their new offerings. I have, so far, not been disappointed, and this was no exception.

I enjoy anything expressed in graphic form. This particularly caught my eye.

NOPI, Warwick Street. An amazing restaurant from Yotam Ottolenghi. Serving up an array of incredible dishes to share with Mediterranean, Asian and Middle Eastern influences. Upstairs is a more formal dining space, whereas downstairs there is a much more communal feel as you eat alongside the almost-silent kitchen (I don’t know how they did it, even at full capacity there wasn’t even a raised voice, I was expecting knife throwing and flames like some sort of tasteless BGT performance) and fresh produce. The cocktails look as good as they taste, and the service is faultless. A visit to NOPI isn’t complete with out a visit to the bathroom, a mesmerising mirror maze that requires an arrow on the floor to point you out, you’d be braver than me to go it alone!

Recommendations: scallops, baby octopus.
